George Radin was born in 1943 in the country of Yugoslavia and immigrated to Canada with his family when he was young. He successfully ran his own business in Canada when he grew up.
The Lord saw it in His mercy to give George a rest from his labours on August 30, 2024. It is hard to lose someone, especially a loved one. Life is hard and sometimes it seems as though it is not fair. The Lord has given us today—we are not promised tomorrow.
Time does not remove memories. George is always remembered for his positive outlook on life, no matter how many challenges he faced. He always had a smile on his face and trusted the Lord. On May 5 of this year, George and his wife, Dragica, were baptized into the church of God.
George is much remembered as being a very hard worker, and he was instrumental in the building of the Toronto Church (headquarters) in Canada. For this we are always grateful to him.
George has left us a legacy. It is today that we need to make things right between us and the Lord. We each have a choice to make regarding eternity. We can choose to live for self or for Christ.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Dragica, and other family members. Dragica is now having to live alone without the companion of her beloved George with whom she was married to for 46 years.
Let us keep her in our prayers as well as all of the rest of George’s immediate and extended family. We look forward to meeting George once again on the resurrection morning, where there will be no more tears and death cannot separate us anymore.
