Mushrooms Liskes
Ingredients:
• 425g of fresh mushrooms cooked until they are just tender
• 1 Large Onion, chopped fine
• 3 tbsp. bread crumbs
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. marjoram
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tsp. simulated beef or chicken flavouring
Procedure:
Drain mushrooms after cooking & chop fine. Put together all ingredients & mix well. Form into small patties. Roll formed patties in bread crumbs. Fry in Olive Oil on medium heat until brown.
