Cedar Christian School was opened in response to the Biblical teaching that a child needs to be trained in the way of the Lord. “In localities where there is a church, schools should be established if there are no more than six children.” –Testimonies for the Church, vol. 6, p.199. Cedar Christian School had more than six students and they all bene-fitted from the study of God’s word, from the basics of 3 hours of Lan-guage, Music, and Computer Technology. With the graduation ceremo-ny, the climax of the school year, it was recognized that many goals had been reached by the students. During the year they have gone on field trips, enjoyed physical education and participated in practical work-shops. The education we enjoyed this year is a small example of what is to come in our future education. Each student achieved individual goals, and learned to develop their individual talents. They will be blessed by the principles that they have learned and will carry through their lives of faithfulness, leadership, responsibility and service.
