Sabbath in LondonOn Sabbath, October 20th, 2012 in the London church we had visitors from Mississauga as well as Br. Chester Cosby with his family, from Detroit. We had fellowship together in London as we worshipped the Lord together. We received God’s blessings both in our Sabbath School Lesson and the Divine Service. In the afternoon the children praised the name of the Lord with songs. The brethren gave their experiences.  Bible encouragements was the theme of the afternoon meeting. The message we received on Sabbath morning was about the importance of Matthew 24 for God’s people. Sister White speaks about it as having major importance and she encourages the Ministers and Bible workers to bring it before the people. Luke 21 and Mark 13 complement each other and help us to understand Matthew 24 in the context in which Jesus explained it to His disciples. We should be thankful to the Lord for giving us time still to prepare for His soon returning. May the Lord bless us as we approach the end of time, is my prayer.
